Is my data secure?
Every customer gets a dedicated instance with its own database on servers in Germany. Access requires a second factor or a passkey. Uploads are scanned for malware, every change goes into the audit trail. Data processing is governed by a GDPR agreement.
Does the software replace my engineers?
No. QV NOW takes away searching for templates, chasing signatures and retyping measurements. Assessments, decisions and signatures stay with your experts. The AI assistant proposes, a person adopts.
How does QV NOW differ from the big vendors?
Enterprise platforms deliver a configurable shell that you or an implementation partner fill with content over months. QV NOW brings the content: templates from standards, instrument checks on every measurement, statistics per AIAG and ISO. Ready in hours, fixed price from three licences.
Do I need a large IT department to roll it out?
No. QV NOW runs in the browser, no installation. During onboarding we set up users, sites and the first equipment together. Then your team works, usually after 2 to 4 hours.
Which regulations and standards does QV NOW cover?
ISO 13485, EU MDR and IVDR, 21 CFR 820 and Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11 and 15, GAMP 5, ISO 14971. In the modules also ISO 14644-1, ISO 8573-1, AIAG MSA and IEC 62304.
Is the software worthwhile for smaller companies?

Can I import my old data from Word and Excel?
Measurement data comes in via CSV or AQDEF (Q-DAS), requirements from documents, and the AI assistant reads manuals and specifications as PDF. Existing Word protocols are not imported one to one. They are rebuilt with our templates, which is usually faster than an import.
What if we need help with a validation?
You talk to Q&V engineers. For larger projects you book consultant days; for audits we give your auditor read access on request.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The contract is open-ended and can be terminated by either side with one month's notice to the end of a month, in writing or directly in the platform. You can export your data at any time; reports are with you as PDF/A anyway.
What does a second site cost?
Additional sites and separate instances, for example for a subsidiary, are available on request. Tell us how many sites and users you plan.
Can I start small?
Yes. Three users, one piece of equipment, one qualification plan. You add users as the team grows.
Do templates cost extra?
Yes. Templates for your equipment types are purchased in addition to the licence, individually per equipment type. Each template brings the IQ and OQ tests with parameters, acceptance criteria and references to standards. For equipment types without a matching template, we create one in the project.
